Program Description & Frequency of Text Messages
The short code phone number 41411 sends messages on behalf of many transit organizations. For recurring messaging programs, the number of messages varies by program and organization. For the expected number of messages, check the welcome text you received when you subscribed, or contact the organization directly.
Cost to Receive Text Messages
We will not charge you to receive texts from 41411, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier regarding the cost of sending and receiving text messages from your phone.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, simply text the word STOP to the phone number 41411. If you experience difficulty unsubscribing yourself, we can do it for you. Please contact us using the information below, and be sure to specify the phone number you want unsubscribed.
